Were looking for a software engineer to help us extend our innovative video monitoring application. Here’s your chance to design software that uses and displays video in new ways!
Our application combines video from industry-standard Digital Video Recorders (DVRs) within a web-based UI that allows easy search, browsing, annotation, and sharing, even over low-bandwidth connections.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience developing software for video display, image processing, computer vision, graphics, or data mining.
- At least 2.5 years of experience with C++, plus some experience with C# or Java.
- MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE UNITED STATES.
DESIRABLE (BUT NOT REQUIRED) SKILLS
- Advanced degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering.
- Experience writing multi-threaded code, preferably on Windows.
- Experience with component-based software methodologies (COM/ActiveX, CORBA, or JavaBeans)
- Experience developing TCP/IP applications.
